Blame my Brain – the amazing teenage brain revealed by Nicola Morgan
Nicola Morgan (2013). Written for teens to understand the change in their brain and subsequent effect on their bodies, mood and behaviour. Good reading too for parents and all working with young people. The teenage years are a time of major restructuring of the brain – this can be capitalised upon rather than bemoaned!
